About the role
Mosaic Management Inc is seeking an Employee Relations Manager to support employees and leaders by managing employee concerns, conducting workplace investigations, and coaching managers. This role promotes fair, consistent, and legally compliant HR practices across the organization.

Conduct workplace investigations and prepare investigation reports
Coach managers on employee relations and HR practices
Support fair, consistent, and compliant HR practices
Handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion
Manage multiple cases and competing priorities
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
5+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in employee relations
Demonstrated experience conducting workplace investigations and preparing investigation reports
Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws and HR best practices
Strong communication, coaching, conflict-resolution, judgment, and discretion skills
Comfortable using HRIS systems, case management tools, Microsoft Office, and HR technology
