About the role
Groq is hiring an Audit and Compliance Program Manager to run its audit program across frameworks and mature its GRC function, owning control mapping, policies, training, and audit execution while reporting to security leadership.
What you’ll do
Run the audit program across multiple frameworks
Mature the GRC function
Own control mapping and reduce duplicate evidence collection
Administer the GRC platform as a system of record
Manage IT policies and the policy lifecycle
Execute audits and report to security leadership
What you’ll need
5+ years in compliance program management
Hands-on execution of at least two concurrent framework audits
Experience mapping controls across frameworks and administering a GRC platform
Experience managing external auditors and coordinating SMEs
Experience owning a policy lifecycle and a security awareness training program
Must qualify as a U.S. Person for export control purposes
