Coordinate business, product, engineering, data, and risk teams
Drive adoption and track value realization across initiatives
Manage multiple concurrent workstreams and senior stakeholders
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree required
8+ years in digital transformation, product/program management, or consulting
4+ years delivering AI/ML and generative AI solutions in production
1+ year delivering agentic AI solutions in production
Experience with RAG, tool/function calling, autonomous AI, and human-in-the-loop
Strong leadership, communication, and executive presentation skills
