About the role
YMCA of Greater Seattle seeks an Associate Vice President to lead technology strategy and enterprise systems, overseeing cybersecurity, infrastructure, data governance, and IT staff. The role drives digital transformation and partners with business leaders across the organization.
What you’ll do
Set technology and digital transformation strategy
Oversee enterprise systems and technology operations
Lead cybersecurity, infrastructure, and data governance efforts
Manage IT staff and technical teams
Manage technology budgets and vendor relationships
Partner with Finance, Human Resources, Philanthropy, Membership, Behavioral Health, and Operations leaders to improve business processes and outcomes
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 10 years of progressive information technology experience
Minimum 5 years of leadership experience managing technical teams and enterprise technology environments
Experience overseeing enterprise business systems, technology operations, budgets, vendors, and strategic projects
Strong understanding of enterprise applications, cybersecurity, cloud technologies, systems integration, data management, and business intelligence
Experience with Dayforce, NetSuite, Salesforce, Traction Rec, Credible, and Microsoft 365
