About the role
IDEXX is looking for a Salesforce Administrator to maintain and configure its enterprise Salesforce CRM systems, supporting Sales Cloud and Service Cloud in a hybrid work environment near Westbrook, Maine.
What you’ll do
Maintain, secure, configure, and support enterprise Salesforce CRM systems

What you’ll need
3-5 years of Salesforce administrator experience
Experience with Salesforce build tools (Salesforce DX, GitHub, GitHub Actions)
Salesforce configuration experience
Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
Experience integrating Service Cloud with telephony systems (e.g., Genesys Cloud)
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
