What you’ll do
Lead user research and UX/UI design for complex applications
Translate research findings into user-centered workflows and prototypes
Develop and maintain consistent design systems
Collaborate closely with product managers and engineering teams
Articulate design decisions and research findings to stakeholders
Support data-heavy or analytical user workflows
What you’ll need
U.S. Citizenship and active TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph
Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Psychology, CS, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Minimum 8 years experience with Bachelor's; 7 with Master's; 6 with Doctorate
Demonstrated experience conducting UX research, analysis, and synthesis (not UI-only)
Strong proficiency with Figma, Adobe XD, or equivalent
Portfolio demonstrating UX research methodology, analysis, and UI design quality
