About the role
Cardinal Health is seeking a Mid-Level Product Manager to drive AI, analytics, and automated workflow capabilities for its WaveMark Solutions cloud platform, owning the product lifecycle from discovery through optimization and collaborating closely with engineering and cross-functional teams.
What you’ll do
Manage AI, analytics, and automated workflow capabilities across the product lifecycle.
Write requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, and decision artifacts.
Collaborate with Engineering and cross-functional teams.
Balance multiple priorities and communicate trade-offs.
Support product discovery, delivery, launch, adoption, and optimization.
What you’ll need
Experience supporting products through discovery, development, validation, launch, adoption, and optimization.
Experience writing requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria in an Agile environment.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, writing, facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to balance multiple priorities and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Bachelor's degree in business, technology, healthcare, engineering, supply chain, analytics, or related field preferred.
4-8 years of related experience in product management, healthcare technology, enterprise SaaS, or software development preferred.
