AWS Critical Projects Implementation team seeks a Program Manager to coordinate vendor onboarding, compliance, financial tracking, and closeout for retrofit projects in operational data centers across US-West/LATAM.
What you’ll do
Support CPI Project Managers with vendor onboarding and compliance workflows
Manage access and compliance workflows for data center projects
Track project financials and reconcile invoices
Administer project management tools (Procore, Smartsheet)
Support construction project execution and closeout processes
Manage multiple concurrent workstreams with competing deadlines
What you’ll need
High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years of program or project coordination/administration experience
2+ years in construction, data center, or critical infrastructure environments
Experience with vendor management and onboarding workflows
Proficiency in project management tools (Procore, Smartsheet, or similar)
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or related field
