What you’ll do

• Help customers adopt Cloud & AI application innovations
• Collaborate closely with engineering leaders and platform teams
• Lead technical engagements such as hackathons, PoCs, and MVPs
• Drive production-scale outcomes
• Boost productivity and innovation through customer adoption

What you’ll need

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 6+ years of technical pre-sales, technical consulting, technology delivery, or related experience
• 4+ years of experience with cloud, hybrid, or on-prem infrastructure, architecture designs, migrations, standards, or technology management
• Proficient in Agentic frameworks and AI Management & Security, including Gen AI Ops, Sentinel, Responsible AI, orchestration, and monitoring
• Skilled with frameworks and tools such as GitHub, Copilot Studio, VS Code, Jupyter, PyCharm, Node.js, Python, Java, C#, C++, and AI-assisted development tools
• Understanding of full stack app architecture modernization and cloud-native development including APIs, containerization, microservices, event-driven design, and AI/ML models
