About the role

What you’ll do

• Provide systems engineering support and leadership for space-based systems and associated subsystems
• Support programs throughout the lifecycle including requirements development, subsystem integration, testing, technical reviews, verification, and sustainment
• Communicate effectively with multiple disciplines, program office personnel, and customers
• Support multi-disciplined teams and drive technical closure while managing schedule, cost, and customer expectations
• Identify gaps in technical coverage and help fill them during program execution

What you’ll need

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of related experience, or graduate degree with 0-2 years, or 6+ years in lieu of a degree
• Active Secret or Top Secret U.S. Government Security Clearance
• Experience working in a multi-disciplinary engineering team through various aspects of the system lifecycle
• Ability to perform in-depth technical work while communicating with multiple disciplines, program office personnel, and customers
• Organizational skills to support multi-disciplined teams and technical closure while managing schedule, cost, and customer expectations
• Experience executing commercial, firm-fixed price development programs for space
