What you’ll need
7+ years in commercial strategy, business management, deal desk/deal structuring, product/commercial operations, or strategic program leadership, ideally in payments or financial services
Demonstrated ability to build a function from scratch, defining process, governance, and stakeholder workflows
Track record advising and influencing senior stakeholders, including Managing Directors and business heads, with executive presence
Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Experience with deal desk, deal structuring, or pricing approval workflows and familiarity with pipeline governance in coverage-led commercial environments
