What you’ll do
Build and improve Copilot Code Review, an AI-powered code review product
Own features end to end, including agent behavior
Own evaluation of the product

Ensure service reliability at GitHub scale
What you’ll need
6+ years experience in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience
Proven experience maintaining and delivering production software coding in languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, Go, Ruby, Rust, or Python
Hands-on experience pushing coding agents to their limits
Experience improving a nondeterministic, model-driven system and quantifying the gain in aggregate
Fundamentals in Go, Ruby, TypeScript, or Python with distributed systems and operational experience
Experience building an LLM-backed or agentic product in production, or the evals behind one
