About the role
The Business Systems Analyst will implement and support SAP S/4HANA solutions, partnering with business teams and end users to improve manufacturing processes and resolve system issues. This role requires deep SAP S/4HANA and EWM expertise, along with testing, documentation, and user training responsibilities.
What you’ll do
Implement and support SAP S/4HANA solutions to meet business requirements
Partner with business teams, end users, vendors, and third-party support teams
Improve processes and resolve system issues
Maintain system documentation and training materials
Train internal and external end users
Write test scripts, SOPs, and work instructions
What you’ll need
Expert in SAP S/4HANA, specifically EWM
Knowledge of procurement, manufacturing, warehouse, and/or quality
Experience in manufacturing environment and leading systems implementation utilizing SDLC and Project Management methodologies
Bachelor's degree in IT and/or Business or equivalent work experience
Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, and facilitation skills
Life science experience and prior regulated industry/FDA experience preferred
