What you’ll do
Lead product strategy, software engineering, and delivery for an assigned portfolio
Connect customer and business outcomes with engineering quality, operational excellence, and team development
Balance near-term product value with long-term engineering sustainability
Make and communicate trade-off decisions across business value, customer impact, risk, quality, capacity, and technical investment
Build trusted partnerships across Product, Engineering, Architecture, Security, Operations, Finance, vendors, and business stakeholders
Coach and develop talent across different professional disciplines
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or 4 additional years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree
5 years related professional experience
1 year supervisory or demonstrated progressive leadership experience
Strong product thinking and engineering judgment
Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
Scrum Alliance Certified Enterprise Coach
