What you’ll do

What you’ll need
Minimum 10 years of program management or enterprise transformation experience
Experience in mortgage servicing, loan origination, or enterprise lending operations
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive stakeholder alignment
Proficiency with Jira, Smartsheet, and enterprise reporting tools
Experience leading complex enterprise modernization programs from concept to execution
Strong experience in highly matrixed environments with executive visibility
