About the role

What you’ll do

• Build and lead a team responsible for platform-level testing and production support
• Set technical direction for test suites and release qualification
• Manage on-call response and incident triage
• Provide cross-functional support for autonomous vehicle software and infrastructure
• Hire, develop, and retain engineers
• Drive release campaigns and postmortems

What you’ll need

• BS or MS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent knowledge and work experience
• 10+ years of software engineering experience, including time leading a team of engineers in hardware or infrastructure fields
• Experience with platform-level testing (stress, fault injection, integration suites, release campaigns) or production support (on-call, incident triage, postmortems)
• Depth in embedded software, Linux, middleware, or test and release infrastructure
• Experience with software in production on a fleet or in the field
• Experience with automotive functional safety (ISO 26262) and using test results as verification evidence
