About the role
SoTalent is seeking an AI Product Operations Lead to drive adoption of intelligent automation and agentic AI across customer environments, partnering with product, engineering, and technology partners to deliver measurable business outcomes.
What you’ll do
Accelerate adoption of intelligent automation, agentic AI, and digital capabilities
Partner with customers, product, and engineering teams to validate AI solutions
Guide delivery of AI solutions in complex enterprise environments
Scale measurable business outcomes for customers
Translate customer needs into actionable product and engineering requirements
Lead geographically distributed, cross-functional, and customer-facing teams
What you’ll need
5+ years in Product Operations, Product Management, Technical Program Leadership, or related discipline
Hands-on experience with modern AI technologies including agentic workflows, orchestration, and evaluation frameworks
Experience leading customer-facing technical teams in enterprise environments
Strong technical foundation influencing architecture, platform, product, and data decisions
Proven understanding of customer adoption strategies and enterprise software business models
Excellent communication skills engaging executives, business users, product teams, and engineers
