What you’ll do

What you’ll need
Five or more years of progressive Human Resources experience with emphasis on employee relations and compliance
At least three years of HR leadership, supervisory, or management experience
Experience managing employee relations investigations, corrective actions, leaves, accommodations, and employment law compliance
Thorough knowledge of federal and state employment laws and HR best practices
Strong conflict resolution, communication, and analytical skills
Proficiency with HRIS platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, and reporting tools
