What you’ll do
Source and manage candidate pipelines for high-volume university hiring

What you’ll need
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in high-volume sourcing
Experience in high-volume administrative support for offer processing or transfers
Knowledge of recruiting concepts, practices, and procedures
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work under immediate supervision and report regularly to a supervisor
