What you’ll do
Lead end-to-end delivery across the loan servicing platform
Partner with Business, Operations, Technology, and risk/control teams
Manage dependencies, risks, and competing priorities
Improve delivery performance and implement continuous improvement processes
Support change readiness and deployment activities
Apply approved automation and AI capabilities to workflows
What you’ll need
5+ years of experience in product delivery or a relevant domain
Experience with syndicated loan servicing and/or the Loan IQ platform
Strong understanding of release management and deployment processes
Proven ability to manage complex dependencies in a controlled environment
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Familiarity with automation, AI-enabled tools, and data analytics
