About the role
Provides frontline technical support for enterprise SharePoint and Power Platform environments, diagnosing and resolving user issues across collaboration tools, and supporting legacy workflows and customizations.
What you’ll do
Provide frontline technical support across enterprise Microsoft collaboration platforms
Diagnose and resolve user issues involving SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
Support legacy workflows and customizations
Document and escalate cases as needed
What you’ll need
Active Top-Secret clearance with capability to obtain SCI/CI Poly if needed
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Minimum 3 years of hands-on administration experience with SharePoint and Microsoft Power Platform
Proficiency using SharePoint Administration Manager (SAM)
Demonstrated experience troubleshooting SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
Working knowledge of Microsoft licensing, permissions, and access management for enterprise and government environments
