What you’ll do
Lead design and development of a secure multi-tenant cloud-native compute platform
Architect Kubernetes-based workload management and platform infrastructure
Build production-grade services and control planes
Drive platform architecture and operational reliability
Collaborate across Product, SRE/Operations, Security, and Engineering teams
Provide technical leadership and mentorship across teams
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
10+ years of experience delivering scalable backend, infrastructure, or platform software in production
Proven experience building and operating large-scale, highly available distributed systems
Deep expertise in Kubernetes, including controller development and operator patterns
Strong proficiency in Go, Scala, C++, or other statically typed languages
Experience with multi-tenant platform architectures, security/isolation patterns, and secure container runtimes
