About the role

What you’ll need
Minimum bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field
Minimum 10 years' experience in strategy, business transformation, portfolio management, or consulting
Demonstrated experience leading enterprise strategic initiatives and cross-functional transformation programs
Strong understanding of Data and AI capabilities, business applications, and organizational requirements
Proven ability to influence senior executives and drive alignment across complex global matrixed organizations
Willingness to travel between BSC offices domestically up to 10%
