About the role
HOTSTART seeks an Associate Product Manager to support product planning, delivery, and positioning for industrial engine heating systems, including market analysis, pricing, and commercialization under the direction of Product Managers.
What you’ll do
Support product planning and delivery throughout the product lifecycle
Conduct market analysis and competitive research
Assist in developing product strategies and pricing
Support commercialization activities
Collaborate across departments for product success
What you’ll need
Associate's or bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field; or equivalent experience
Experience in product management, sales, marketing, application engineering, project coordination, or similar function
Familiarity with product development processes, product lifecycle management, or project management
Experience with market research, competitive analysis, pricing analysis, or financial analysis
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
