About the role
Aspida seeks a Digital Product Analyst to translate business and user needs into clear requirements and support Agile delivery of digital insurance products. The role coordinates across product, technology, design, and business teams in a hybrid Durham, NC workplace.

What you’ll need
2–4 years of experience as a Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role
Experience gathering, documenting, and refining business and functional requirements
Strong ability to write user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery documentation
Experience working in Agile/Scrum/Sprint environments
Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar tools
Strong communication and facilitation skills
