About the role

What you’ll do

• Own program planning for network backbone and fiber connectivity programs
• Lead cross-functional execution for new markets and data center sites
• Manage partner deliverables and portfolio tracking to ensure connectivity readiness
• Coordinate with carriers, dark fiber providers, construction contractors, and other external partners
• Ensure connectivity is delivered in line with site and compute timelines

What you’ll need

• 5+ years in technical program management, program operations, or strategic analytics within data center, network infrastructure, telecommunications, or capital-intensive sectors
• Working knowledge of network backbone and fiber infrastructure, including long-haul/metro fiber, dark fiber/IRU, DWDM/optical transport, interconnection/colocation cross-connects, route diversity, and fiber build mechanics
• Comfortable managing external vendors and partners to schedule, quality, and contractual commitments
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, influence without direct authority, and drive consensus in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in program management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Sheet
• Must conform to U.S. export control regulations (U.S. person or eligible for export authorization)
