Drive contact center transformation and cloud migration initiatives
What you’ll need
10 years of Product Management experience
Proven ownership of products from discovery through delivery and implementation
Strong Product Owner experience with roadmap, backlog, story creation, and prioritization
Experience with contact center technology, voice solutions, IVR, and call routing
Understanding of cloud migration and enterprise technology environments
Genesys, workforce management, AI, and integration experience preferred
