About the role
InstaLILY AI is hiring a Senior-level Sales Recruiter to own end-to-end sales recruiting and build a scalable recruiting process. The role partners with sales leadership while leveraging AI and automation to improve sourcing, screening, and outreach.
What you’ll do
Own end-to-end sales recruiting
Build the dedicated sales recruiting process
Partner with sales leadership on candidate profiles, sourcing, interviewing, pipeline reporting, and candidate experience
Automate repetitive recruiting steps
Document processes so another recruiter can run them
Use AI in sourcing, screening, and outreach
What you’ll need
5+ years of full-cycle recruiting
At least 3 years hiring quota-carrying sellers at a high-growth company
Managed multiple sales searches at once
Can build candidate lists and write outreach that gets replies
Can articulate what separates good from great sellers in an outbound-heavy sales motion
Experience mentoring junior recruiters or sourcers
