About the role
Telnyx is looking for a hands-on technical product manager to own developer experience and product-led growth for its communications infrastructure platform. The role combines leading Developer Relations with building developer-facing tools and driving adoption, activation, conversion, and revenue.
What you’ll do
Improve how developers discover, build on, and grow with Telnyx's infrastructure platform
Lead Developer Relations and product-led growth efforts
Build developer-facing applications and experiences
Drive adoption, activation, conversion, and revenue
Lead a small technical team while staying deeply involved in the work
Work with AI coding agents, automation frameworks, product analytics, and modern developer tooling
What you’ll need
Strong software engineering background with comfort building and debugging real applications and APIs
Experience as a technical product manager, founding engineer, or technical founder with responsibility for shipping software
Exceptional product judgment around developer tools, APIs, documentation, onboarding, and usability
Familiarity with AI infrastructure, LLMs, inference, cloud platforms, real-time systems, or developer infrastructure
Understanding of product-led growth including developer acquisition, activation, conversion, retention, and monetization
Strong technical communication skills and experience leading a small technical team
