About the role

What you’ll do
Lead Oracle Cloud Payroll configuration and implementation work
Support payroll conversions, testing, and issue resolution
Perform monthly and quarterly patch testing and impact analysis
Assist clients with business requirements and process improvements
Produce end-user documentation and facilitate knowledge transfer
Coordinate with technical and other functional teams
What you’ll need
Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
Minimum 5 years experience as an Oracle Cloud Payroll Lead
2-4 years experience implementing Oracle Cloud
Ability to lead complete software development lifecycle
Experience with public sector (Federal) or K-12 implementations
Ability to work without current or future visa sponsorship
