About the role
Technical Program Manager role leading onsite engineering coordination and delivery accountability at the Brain Corp client site, managing sprint execution, stakeholder communication, and offshore team alignment.
What you’ll do
End-to-end program coordination, delivery planning, milestone tracking, and execution management
Sprint planning, backlog prioritization, sprint cadence, and delivery tracking
Onsite client coordination, stakeholder communication, and single-point accountability
Translate client priorities into actionable offshore engineering tasks and ensure execution alignment
Identify, track, mitigate, and resolve delivery risks and dependencies
Lead steering committee meetings, governance reviews, project dashboards, and executive status reporting
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent qualification
Experience in program coordination, engineering delivery management, or technical project management
Experience working in an onsite-offshore delivery model
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, sprint planning, backlog management, and software engineering delivery processes
Demonstrated experience managing client-facing delivery activities and cross-functional engineering teams
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
