About the role
Workday seeks a Sr. AI Deployment Architect to lead end-to-end AI transformations for enterprise customers, designing AI-enabled workflows across HCM and Financials and advising executives to drive measurable business outcomes while championing responsible AI adoption.

What you’ll need
8+ years in enterprise software consulting and functional implementation, leading complex multi-country, multi-business-unit projects
2+ years designing and delivering AI-enabled, analytics-driven solutions (e.g., AI agents, intelligent automation, advanced analytics, ML)
Strong business acumen to define AI use cases and connect capabilities to business outcomes
Experience leading discovery and design workshops for AI-enabled workflows, agent behaviors, and governance models
Background in professional services or consulting with high-stakes client delivery
Excellent communication skills and commitment to Workday's Ethical AI standards
