About the role
Lead the creation and management of a centralized North America Shared Services team, standardizing transactional finance operations and driving continuous improvement alongside Finance and Operations. This role requires strong people leadership and AP/P2P expertise to enhance controls and service delivery.
What you’ll do

What you’ll need
5+ years' progressive AP, Shared Services, or Finance Operations experience
Previous people leadership experience
Working knowledge of end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes
Experience managing transactional finance operations including AP, vendor management, and internal controls
Experience developing and improving processes, controls, and operational procedures
Proficiency with ERP systems such as Workday Financials and Microsoft Office
