About the role
Reddit seeks a Staff Technical Product Manager to own the vision and roadmap for its Ads ML Platform, enabling ML engineers and data scientists to train, deploy, and iterate on models efficiently. What you’ll need
7+ years of product management experience with internal technical products, developer tools, data/ML platforms, or ads/content ranking
Deeply analytical and technical; comfortable with complex data systems and the ML lifecycle (training, inference, deployment, monitoring)
Genuine passion for ML/AI; stays current on research, trends, architectures, and capabilities
Exceptional problem-solving, translating technical constraints such as GPU scheduling and latency budgets into product roadmaps
Strong communication skills between technical requirements and business stakeholders
Prior experience as a Machine Learning Engineer, Data Scientist, or Backend Software Engineer; understanding of the Ad Tech ecosystem (bidding, ranking, targeting)
