About the role

What you’ll do

• Build and operate infrastructure services and workflows supporting engineering teams
• Focus on scalability, reliability, and operational efficiency
• Diagnose complex distributed systems issues and drive root-cause resolution
• Collaborate across engineering teams and time zones, owning customer needs and production outcomes
• Build observability, alerting, and automated remediation systems to reduce operational toil
• Own ambiguous infrastructure challenges from solution design through ongoing operation and continuous improvement

What you’ll need

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of infrastructure development experience delivering scalable cloud solutions from concept to production
• Strong object-oriented programming skills in Java or Go and background in AI/ML/data analytics applied to infrastructure
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, container orchestration, and multi-cluster or multi-region environments
• Ability to diagnose complex distributed systems issues, drive root-cause resolution, and collaborate across teams and time zones
• Track record operating large-scale distributed platforms, including observability, alerting, automated remediation, capacity planning, and performance tuning
