About the role
Raft seeks a Staff DevSecOps Engineer to design and maintain secure, scalable infrastructure while automating software delivery and security integration for defense programs. The role requires deep Kubernetes experience, infrastructure-as-code expertise, and an active Secret clearance.
What you’ll do
Design and maintain secure, scalable platform infrastructure
Automate software delivery, infrastructure provisioning, and security integration
Deploy and operate production Kubernetes and Docker environments
Configure and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab Runners
Implement monitoring and logging solutions with observability tools
Support cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments
What you’ll need
5+ years in DevOps, DevSecOps, Platform Engineering, or SRE
5+ years deploying, operating, and securing production Kubernetes and Docker environments
Experience with Terraform/Ansible, GitLab CI/CD, and observability tools
Must hold CISM, CISSP, Security X, CISA, CCISO, CCNP Security, or GLSC certification
Must hold CKA, CKAD, CKS, or similar certification
Active Secret Clearance and U.S. citizenship required
