About the role
Ford Motor Company is seeking a Director, HR M&A and New Business Enablement to lead workforce planning, HR operating model design, governance, integration, and operational readiness for mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, partnerships, legal entities, and new business initiatives, coordinating cross-functional programs to establish scalable HR capabilities.

Experience with mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, or new business standup
Experience creating workforce, organizational, governance, or service delivery solutions
Legally authorized to work in the United States
