What you’ll do

What you’ll need
7+ years of Product Design experience
Strong portfolio of high-consideration consumer e-commerce, travel/hospitality, or marketplace experiences driving measurable revenue or conversion lift
Understanding of consumer purchasing psychology and ability to explain why high-performing pages work
Mastery of visual design, interaction design, responsive design, and web performance
Comfort working fast and iterating in real time alongside engineers and PMs
Experience with AI workflows, prototyping, and using quantitative and qualitative insights to validate design decisions
