About the role
Flourish Health seeks a Director, Clinical Product to bridge clinical leadership, care delivery, operations, and product development, leading clinical product initiatives from conception through launch and adoption, including AI-enabled clinical workflows. This remote full-time role requires deep behavioral health and healthcare technology experience, an independent clinical license, and startup adaptability.
What you’ll do
Lead clinical product initiatives from conception through launch and adoption
Coordinate cross-functional implementation and training
Support ongoing optimization of clinical products and AI-enabled workflows
Bridge clinical leadership, care delivery, operations, and product development
What you’ll need
10+ years in behavioral health, healthcare operations, healthcare technology, or clinical program development
8+ years building and improving clinical and care operations with product/tech teams or in digital mental health
Experience translating clinical workflows into product requirements or technology solutions
Independent clinical mental health license (LPC/LMHC, PhD, PsyD, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent)
Willingness to obtain licensure in all 50 states
Startup adaptability and experience with AI-enabled healthcare products and Agile development
