About the role
Value Innovation Labs is looking for an entry-level developer to build and support contact center and IVA/chatbot solutions on Amazon Connect and Five9, focusing on voice and chat integration, call flows, routing, CRM connectivity, and platform testing.
What you’ll do
Develop and integrate voice and chat contact center channels
Build call flows and routing using Amazon Connect and Five9
Implement CRM-connected contact center integrations
Develop IVA and chatbot solutions with AWS Lex and conversational AI
Perform QA, testing, and troubleshooting of AWS Contact Center and IVA solutions
Support contact center integrations with tools such as Verint and agent assist
What you’ll need
Experience with Amazon Connect and Five9 VCC/VSS
Experience with AWS Lex, conversational AI, and IVA
Experience with chatbot development
Experience with contact center call flows and routing
Experience with CRM integration and REST APIs
QA experience in AWS Contact Center and IVA solutions
