About the role

What you’ll need
Fluency in English and Spanish, both verbal and written
3+ years of recruiting experience
Experience recruiting hourly employees in manufacturing, warehousing, distribution, transportation, or similar industries
Demonstrated success with proactive sourcing and full-cycle recruiting
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, job boards, and Microsoft Office
