Associate's degree in business, accounting, or related field, or three years' related experience, or bachelor's degree
Understanding of GAAP and nonprofit accounting standards
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, and Outlook
Proficiency with Abila/MIP or related software
Ability to work with individuals of diverse socioeconomic, cultural, and intellectual backgrounds
Previous experience in a hospital, clinic, or physician's office preferred
