What you’ll need
Five or more years of combined Talent Acquisition and program or project management experience
Demonstrated experience leading complex cross-functional recruiting initiatives
Advanced knowledge of Talent Acquisition operations and Early Careers recruitment
Strong program and project management expertise
Proficiency with ATS, project management platforms, Microsoft 365, dashboards, and AI-assisted reporting
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Organizational Development, or related discipline preferred
