About the role

What you’ll do
Lead technology-led transformation across retail and omnichannel environments
Design and deliver complex enterprise applications, integrations, and distributed systems
Architect and implement AI-enabled solutions including generative AI and automation
Partner with senior business and technology stakeholders as a consultant
Modernize legacy systems and ensure scalable, secure, reliable production applications
Mentor senior engineers and influence multiple engineering teams on architecture decisions
What you’ll need
10+ years of software engineering, application architecture, or enterprise technology experience
Strong retail technology, grocery, digital commerce, or omnichannel transformation background
Expertise in microservices, distributed systems, and cloud-native solutions
Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Python, or C#/.NET
Experience with AI transformation, generative AI, LLM integration, and RAG
Excellent communication and executive stakeholder engagement skills
