What you’ll do
Design and develop user-facing experiences for point-of-care diagnostics
Collaborate with partner teams on research, prototyping, testing, and implementation
Identify key requirements impacting UX/UI design with cross-functional teams
Provide strategic guidance on UX/UI design approach, considerations, and trade-offs
Advocate UX/UI design goals across the division through communication with leadership

What you’ll need
Bachelor's Degree in related area plus 5 years of work experience
At least 1 year of experience collaborating with cross-functional project teams to identify UX/UI requirements
Experience providing strategic UX/UI guidance including design approach and trade-offs
Experience advocating UX/UI goals with leadership and collaborators
Experience coordinating design activities with vendors and consultants
