What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree or 4+ years recruitment experience
Knowledge in full life cycle recruiting components including sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, legal, job analysis, wage and salary trends, relationship management, and due diligence
Minimum 2-3 years as a Recruiter, Career Services Professional, or in Sales with strong customer service
Strong project management skills
Experience in healthcare recruiting
