About the role
SDG is hiring Field CTO and Junior Field CTO professionals to advise clients on identity and security capabilities, modernization strategies, and practical solutions, combining executive consulting with solution architecture and delivery coordination.
What you’ll do
Advise clients on identity and security capabilities and modernization strategies
Develop practical solutions and solution architectures
Support executive-level client engagements
Shape opportunities and translate client needs into proposals and delivery plans
Coordinate with delivery teams across identity and security domains
Develop strategies, assessments, architectures, roadmaps, and investment recommendations
What you’ll need
Typically 12+ years of relevant experience in identity, cybersecurity, or enterprise technology
Significant consulting and solution architecture experience
Demonstrated success advising senior executives and leading complex client engagements
Deep expertise in at least two of the four technical domains with working knowledge across all four
Experience with PAM, IGA, and Access Management platforms and Microsoft security technologies
Strong facilitation, presentation, negotiation, relationship management, and written communication skills
