What you’ll do

• Lead multidisciplinary engineering and software development efforts
• Manage program execution and system-level risks
• Develop technical solutions and architectures across multiple unmanned aircraft platforms
• Support new business development efforts
• Manage customer expectations and build enterprise relationships
• Coordinate workloads to meet established deadlines or milestones

What you’ll need

• Bachelor's, master's, or PhD in engineering or related discipline with 7-12+ years of progressive experience
• Demonstrated expertise in engineering principles, project management, and leadership
• Experience integrating hardware and/or software across engineering disciplines including Software, Electrical, RF, Cyber, Autonomy, AI/ML, and Mechanical
• Experience with technologies such as A3I, HMI/UI, cybersecurity, software architectures, open architectures, networking, modeling/simulation, edge processing, or high performance computing
• Experience with product development, proposal development, basis of estimation, EVMS, and commercial or DoD product development
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance
