Strong understanding of investment fundamentals, portfolio construction, market data, diversification, and risk
Comfort with TradingView, Yahoo Finance, and paper-trading platforms
Strong communication and facilitation skills
Teaching, tutoring, mentoring, coaching, camp, or youth-program experience preferred
