About the role

What you’ll do
Support implementation and adoption of the Cadence Suite across the customer base
Translate customer and implementation needs into product requirements and priorities
Support customer utilization of the product
Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience using AI-enabled capabilities
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, life sciences, computer science, information systems, or a related field
At least 5 years of experience in product management
Experience with implementation management, business analysis, healthcare technology, life sciences, or SaaS products
Experience translating customer and business needs into product requirements, workflows, user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritized backlog items
Demonstrated ability to work with customers and cross-functional teams
Familiarity with AI concepts and AI-enabled products
